No crafty picture today – I haven’t made the time to craft lately and it’s too cold outside to enjoy wandering around admiring nature (25 degrees this morning! !!!) – but I adore these holiday stamps the post office issued this year. They’re whimsical and colorful and festive. Of course these aren’t MY Christmas cards (please, don’t make me laugh!), they’re going out for work, but at least I can admire the stamps.
My work holiday party is tomorrow – go sequins and sparkly jewelry!! – and I have to say I actually enjoy these parties; Matt does too. I’m one of 4 people in the office, the only woman, and I actually get along with and mutually like my coworkers and their wives. It’s awesome!
Other than that, tomorrow will have a couple of errands around town to pick up items for people who live out of town; some forward progress on several of the projects I want to make for friends; and dragging out my ornaments and decorations. We get our tree on Sunday (really debating another 12-foot tree, those things are intimidating when it comes to decorating) so that’s on the agenda too. And deciding what, if anything, to bake for gifts and gatherings.
The shopping portion of my gift giving this year is just about finished but I need to review that list too. Looks like this weekend I need to make a master list and check it twice!
Hope you have a wonderful weekend full of crafty, family, baking holiday fun. Tis the season, after all. = )
